Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable

HVAC Technician

to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration). Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems. Perform regular preventative maintenance on equipment and systems. Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manufacturer instructions. Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and safety standards. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and system conditions. Respond promptly to service calls and customer inquiries. Recommend system upgrades, improvements, and energy efficiency options. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; technical school or HVAC certification preferred. Valid EPA Section 608 Certification (Type I, II, or Universal). [State] HVAC license (or ability to obtain). Minimum [X] years of experience in HVAC installation and service. Strong understanding of electrical, refrigerant, and mechanical systems. Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights. Must be able to work in varying weather conditions. Standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
