Job Description

Installation, Maintenance, and Repair:

HVAC technicians install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.

Troubleshooting and Diagnosis:

They identify and diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.

Routine Maintenance:

Technicians conduct regular maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments to ensure optimal system performance.

Emergency Repairs:

They promptly address emergency repairs to minimize disruptions to the hospital's operation.

Record Keeping:

Accurate records of all maintenance and repair work are maintained.

Compliance:

HVAC technicians ensure compliance with appliance standards and regulations, including OSHA.

Customer Service:

They may assist with customer inquiries and explain system issues.

Training:

They may provide technical direction and on-the-job training to other technicians.

Collaboration:

They may collaborate with team members and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
