Job Title: Senior HVAC Technician

Location: Mumbai & Pune

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

Employment Type: Full-time, Regular

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Technician to lead service and installation activities across commercial and residential sites. This role demands technical expertise, leadership, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain

HVAC systems including chillers, VRF/VRV units, split ACs, AHUs, and ventilation systems.

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance

in line with OEM guidelines and company standards.

Troubleshoot complex issues

and ensure timely resolution with minimal downtime.

Mentor junior technicians

, providing on-the-job training and technical guidance.

Ensure compliance

with safety protocols and environmental regulations.

Prepare service reports

, documentation, and client feedback summaries.

Coordinate with clients and project teams

for job scheduling and execution.

Identify system upgrades

or improvements and recommend solutions to clients. Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in optimal condition.
Qualifications & Experience

ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering. 5-8 years of hands-on experience in HVAC servicing and installation. Strong understanding of HVAC systems (chillers, VRF, ducted systems). Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals. Familiarity with control systems and BMS integration (preferred). F-Gas/Refrigerant handling certification (preferred). OEM training certifications are an advantage.
Skills & Attributes

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to work independently and manage field operations efficiently. Fluency in local languages and English is a plus.
