Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician with expertise in handling

Chiller

and

Air Handling Unit (AHU)

systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems including

centrifugal, screw, and scroll chillers

,

AHUs

,

FCUs

,

VRF/VRV

, and

duct systems

. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues related to chillers and AHUs. Monitor and adjust system controls to optimize system performance and energy efficiency. Conduct regular testing of water treatment systems associated with chillers. Maintain detailed maintenance logs and service records. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new HVAC equipment. Collaborate with Building Management System (BMS) teams for integrated performance monitoring. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime.

Key Requirements:

ITI/Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in

Chiller and AHU

maintenance and operations. Strong knowledge of

HVAC control systems

, refrigeration cycles, and mechanical components. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals. Basic understanding of BMS and energy efficiency protocols. Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physically fit and willing to work in shifts or extended hours if required.
