Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

HVAC Technician

with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC equipment and the ability to independently handle site work while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems including

chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, ducting, and piping

. Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of HVAC equipment. Diagnose system faults and carry out effective repairs to minimize downtime. Monitor system performance and ensure efficient operation as per design parameters. Read and interpret HVAC drawings, layouts, and technical schematics. Coordinate with HVAC supervisors, engineers, and site teams for smooth execution of work. Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and company quality guidelines. Maintain daily service reports, job cards, and maintenance logs. Handle tools, instruments, and spare parts responsibly and efficiently. Support commissioning and testing activities when required.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components. Sound knowledge of

chillers, refrigeration cycles, controls, and electrical basics related to HVAC

. Experience in handling ducting, insulation, piping, and equipment installation. Ability to independently troubleshoot technical issues. Knowledge of safety practices and preventive maintenance procedures.

Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / Mechanical Trade or equivalent. Minimum 2

-4 years of relevant experience

as an HVAC Technician.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Good communication and coordination skills. Willingness to work in shifts or at project sites as required. Strong work ethic with attention to detail and quality.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
