ITI - Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / HVAC (Mandatory)
Role & Responsibilities
Operate and maintain HVAC systems including split ACs, VRV/VRF systems, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems.
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown rectification.
Check refrigerant levels, compressors, motors, thermostats, and control systems.
Ensure optimal cooling performance and energy efficiency.
Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and spares inventory.
Follow safety procedures while handling refrigerants and electrical components.
Coordinate with electrical and plumbing teams during maintenance works.
Key Skills
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems
Experience in commercial and high-end residential facilities
Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance expertise
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
