Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive

HVAC Supervisor

to oversee the operation and maintenance of central air conditioning systems in a commercial high-rise building. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership qualities, and hands-on experience in managing HVAC equipment in a commercial setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations and maintenance of HVAC systems, including chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and air handling units. Monitor and operate Building Management Systems (BMS) for optimal HVAC performance. Manage and troubleshoot Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and pump systems. Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC equipment is carried out efficiently. Maintain logs, service reports, and compliance documentation. Coordinate with the facility management team for smooth functioning and timely issue resolution. Guide and lead the technician team in day-to-day tasks and ensure safety and operational standards are met.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of:

Chiller operations Pump systems BMS controls Cooling tower systems Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) Ability to read and interpret HVAC system schematics and manuals. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Job Specification:

Qualification:

Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning specialization preferred)

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in central HVAC operation and maintenance, preferably in commercial high-rise buildings
