Job Title: HVAC /Site Supervisor

Salary: ?35,000 per month + PF

Qualification:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / HVAC Engineering

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC supervision, operation, and maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise installation, operation, and maintenance of HVAC systems.

Monitor and ensure proper functioning of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, and ventilation systems.

Coordinate with technicians and ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance.

Maintain records of equipment performance and service logs.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving HVAC-related issues.

Liaise with contractors and vendors for repair and procurement activities.

Key Skills:

Hands-on experience in HVAC systems operation and maintenance

Knowledge of BMS systems and energy efficiency practices

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
