The Project Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities related to HVAC and MEP works, ensuring execution as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise installation of HVAC systems (VRV/VRF, Chillers, AHU, Ducting, Piping, etc.) and MEP services.
Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and vendors on site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and BOQ.
Monitor site progress, manpower, and material usage.
Conduct basic quality checks and ensure safety compliance.
Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and clients.
Prepare daily site reports and assist in measurements/billing.
Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of HVAC/MEP systems and drawings.
Ability to manage site teams and resolve minor technical issues.
Knowledge of tools, materials, and safety practices.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification & Experience:
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
2-3 years of site experience in HVAC / MEP projects (commercial, residential, or industrial).
