The HVAC Store Supervisor is responsible for managing and controlling all materials, tools, and equipment required for HVAC projects and service operations. The role ensures accurate inventory management, timely material availability, proper storage practices, and smooth coordination with project, purchase, and service teams. The supervisor maintains stock records, oversees dispatch and receipts, conducts audits, and ensures the store area is organized, safe, and efficient to support seamless project execution.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Maintain accurate material receipts, issues, and stock records.
Ensure timely availability of HVAC materials, tools, and consumables.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchase requisitions.
Conduct periodic stock audits and report variances.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and segregation of items.
Track movement of project materials and update MIS reports.
Maintain tool issue-return register and ensure tool conditions.
Coordinate with project and service teams for material dispatch.
Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
Reduce material wastage and improve inventory control processes.
