Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all on-site HVAC installation and service activities.
Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks to technicians and subcontractors.
Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure proper installation and compliance with standards.
Monitor work progress and quality, ensuring adherence to project timelines, safety protocols, and design requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical or logistical issues promptly.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks before handovers.
Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are properly used and maintained.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to coordinate project needs and updates.
Prepare and submit daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance on-site at all times.
Mentor and train junior technicians and ensure team performance meets company standards.
Qualifications
Education:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / HVAC Engineering or related technical field preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 2
-8 years of HVAC experience
, including
2+ years in a supervisory or site lead role
.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, commissioning, and maintenance procedures.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient in site management software, documentation, and reporting.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
