Site Supervisor.

Location :

Cochi, Banglore, hyderbad, Mumbai & Pune

HVAC site supervisor with 1 to 3 years of successful Project experience in the HVAC Project industry.

Technical expertise- Understanding & implementing project work processes, with item description based on drawings. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Conduct regular project reviews with site engineer Site Management: Check material received on site as per requirement & Prepare delivery challan. If any issue arises on site ,immediately inform to Project team before client to take action. Follow & implement safety rules at site during execution. Daily reporting to Project Manager regarding site execution progress Material Management: Daily make vendors labour count entry in register & send to office for working. Perform material reconciliation and maintain accurate inventory records. Vendor and Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers and ensure timely delivery Communicate issues regarding vendors and suppliers to Project Manager Customer Management: No wrong behavior with client , if any issue immediately inform to project team to handle. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

ITI in Mechanical , refrigeration or minimum 12th pass. 1 to 2 years of successful Project experience in the HVAC Project industry. Fresher will decide as per interview. knowledge of HVAC systems, including VRV, chilled water, and ventilation systems. Ready to work Pan India as per project requirement
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ?23,606.41 - ?25,764.24 per month
