Taking care of all your heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) needs.
Responsibilities
Perform general and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
Ensure that all installations are done in accordance to the set standards.
Make sure that any loose wires are connected and secured properly.
Ensure calibration of thermostats and other controls.
Follow the work schedule discussed with Management team and
get the work done by supervising site work and labours or workers or site team.
Work execution as per final layout.
Maintain tracker of used and balance material and share daily work progress report to Site Engineer.
Able to read Interior layout and have proper knowledge of RAC/PAC/VRF systems.
Guide Technician properly and get work done from them on time and with accuracy.
The Person
He should be good at supervision and punctual to achieve the decided schedule.
Education and Industry Exposure
Any Graduate
Some experience with operations and maintenance of any kind of air conditioning systems like Split Air Conditioner, Ductable Air Conditioners, Packaged Air Conditioner, Cassette AC, VRF AC etc.
Communication: Must speak
Hindi
or English and the local language spoken at their site location.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
