Job Title: Site supervisor - HVAC

Company Overview:

Merzecool Systems, the authorized dealer of the world's best-branded air conditioners, specializes in sales and services across Thrissur and Palakkad. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer with expertise in HVAC systems to oversee and execute installation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage HVAC site installations, ensuring timely and efficient execution of projects.

Monitor project progress, inspect work quality, and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.

Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and other project team members to ensure smooth project flow.

Resolve on-site technical issues and provide necessary guidance to the installation team.

Prepare and maintain site reports, project documentation, and updates for stakeholders.

Liaise with clients and vendors to ensure the project is completed to satisfaction and specifications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the HVAC industry.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation procedures, and site management.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in construction and installation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience working on large-scale HVAC projects.

Knowledge of AutoCAD and project management tools.

Salary:

Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
