Job Summary
The HVAC Supervisor Head is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of a team, providing guidance, and ensuring that all operations are running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Management:
Provide clear direction, guidance, and motivation to team members.
Delegate tasks and manage workflows to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of projects.
Create and manage work schedules, shifts, and assignments.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, share updates, and foster a collaborative atmosphere.
Performance and Development:
Monitor team performance against established goals and metrics.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Implement training and development plans to enhance team skills and support career growth.
Mentor and coach employees to help them reach their full potential.
Operational Oversight:
Ensure all team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operational issues, resolving challenges promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with other departments and senior management to align team activities with broader organizational goals.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Communication and Conflict Resolution:
Serve as the main communication link between employees and senior management.
Address and resolve employee concerns, disputes, and grievances in a professional and diplomatic manner.
Handle customer or client escalations and complaints as needed.
Maintain accurate records of team performance, attendance, and progress.

Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role, with a track record of successfully managing and motivating a team.
