Team Lead - HVAC Site Engineer

Bangalore based location (Any site)

Experience:

5-10 years (Major experience in MEP industry with HVAC team lead exposure)

Industry:

MEP / HVAC /Construction

Key Responsibilities:

Lead HVAC design, installation & maintenance works Supervise HVAC team & coordinate with plumbing, electrical & BMS teams Review drawings, BOQs & ensure project execution as per standards Conduct site inspections, testing & commissioning Ensure compliance with safety, quality & regulatory standards

Requirements:

B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Proficiency in AutoCAD, McQuay Duct/Pipe Sizer & HVAC tools Strong project management & team handling skills Good communication & problem-solving ability
