We are looking for a young and dynamic HVAC Service Manager with 2-3 years of experience to manage service operations, handle customer complaints, and coordinate with service engineers and technicians for smooth execution of maintenance and breakdown services.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day service operations including breakdown calls and preventive maintenance.
Coordinate with service engineers and technicians for site visits and job allocation.
Ensure timely closure of service complaints and customer satisfaction.
Prepare service reports, job cards, and basic MIS.
Support AMC execution and customer follow-ups.
Coordinate with spares and store team for material availability.
Maintain safety and quality standards at site.
Communicate with clients regarding service schedules and issues.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering.
Basic to good knowledge of VRV/VRF, Chillers, AHUs, Package Units, Split & Ductable systems.
2-3 years experience in HVAC service or maintenance.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Reports).
Preferred
Experience in AMC handling and customer coordination.
