Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily HVAC service operations and maintenance activities.
Manage a team of service technicians, including scheduling, task assignments, and performance monitoring.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for client systems.
Ensure service work complies with company standards and safety regulations.
Communicate with customers to address complaints, technical issues, and service needs promptly.
Control inventory and procurement of service materials, tools, and equipment.
Collaborate with sales and project teams for seamless client handovers and ongoing service contracts.
Prepare service reports, budgets, and performance metrics for management review.
Train and mentor service staff to improve technical skills and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or equivalent.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HVAC service and maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Deep knowledge of HVAC systems design, installation, and troubleshooting.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, service management software, or ERP systems.
Ability to manage budgets, prioritize tasks, and ensure client satisfaction.
Preferred Attributes
Certification in HVAC maintenance, safety, or project management.
Experience in managing commercial and industrial HVAC service operations.
Knowledge of energy efficiency standards and sustainability practices.
