HVAC Equipment & Industrial Machinery (Bobcat / Heavy Equipment)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a
dynamic and target-driven HVAC Sales & Marketing professional
to promote and sell industrial HVAC equipment and machinery solutions. The role involves business development, customer relationship management, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell HVAC equipment, industrial cooling systems, and related machinery to corporate, industrial, and commercial clients.
Identify new business opportunities through market visits, channel partners, and customer meetings.
Generate leads, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
Conduct product presentations and coordinate technical demonstrations with service teams.
Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and collection targets.
Maintain customer database, sales reports, and CRM updates.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Coordinate with service, logistics, and finance teams for smooth execution of orders.
Eligibility & Skills:
Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / HVAC / Electrical or MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
3-6 years of experience in HVAC equipment, industrial machinery, or heavy equipment sales (Bobcat/automobile HVAC exposure preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.

Salary:
As per industry standards + performance incentives
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
