Job Overview:



We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven

HVAC Sales Manager

with 5 to 10 years of experience in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry. This role will be responsible for leading and managing the HVAC sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the HVAC sector. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of meeting sales targets, developing relationships with key clients, and providing leadership in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:



1.

Sales Leadership & Strategy Development:



o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets in the HVAC market. o Lead and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals.

o Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.

o Work closely with senior management to align sales goals with overall business objectives.

2.

Client Relationship Management:



o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, including contractors, engineers, facility managers, and consultants.

o Conduct meetings and presentations with potential and existing clients to promote HVAC solutions and products.

o Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Training & Development:



o Train, mentor, and support the sales team, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry best practices.

o Foster a collaborative and positive team environment that encourages professional growth and development.

4.

Market Analysis & Forecasting:



o Analyze customer needs, competitive products, and industry trends to recommend innovative HVAC solutions.

o Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management on sales performance and opportunities.

o Track market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies as needed.

Project Management:



o Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery of HVAC solutions while managing budgets and customer expectations.

o Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of sales projects.

6.

Product Expertise & Presentation:



o Maintain an in-depth understanding of HVAC products, services, and technology to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.

o Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on customer preferences and emerging industry needs.

7.

Budget Management & Reporting:



o Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment.

o Prepare regular sales performance reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred). o

Experience:

5 to 10 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of HVAC products, systems, and technology. o

Leadership Skills:

Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team. o

Sales Expertise:

Experience in B2B sales, contract negotiations, and project management. o

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in an understandable way.

Customer Focus:

Strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Travel:

Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.

HVAC-related certifications

Industry Knowledge:

Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial HVAC systems. o

Software Proficiency:

Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho CRM , SAP CRM), MS Office, and HVAC-specific design tools.
