to join our Sales & Business Development team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems (Chillers, AHUs, VRF/VRV, Ductable ACs, and turnkey HVAC projects) and proven experience in B2B sales, business development, and client relationship management within the HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the HVAC market, including Chillers, AHUs, VRF/VRV systems, and complete HVAC turnkey projects.
Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to promote the company's HVAC products and services.
Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, tenders, and technical proposals based on customer needs and company pricing structures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, architects, builders, and facility managers to generate leads and specifications.
Collaborate with design, estimation, and project execution teams to deliver tailored HVAC solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities and strategies.
Achieve monthly and annual HVAC sales targets through effective pipeline management and proactive follow-ups.
Handle payment collections, contract negotiations, and post-sales coordination.
Represent the company at HVAC trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events to enhance brand visibility and business outreach.
Required Skills
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2-6 years of experience in HVAC Sales / Business Development / Technical Sales.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, air conditioning technologies, and project sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
Valid driving license preferred.
