Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Pune. Need to have experience and knowledge in HVAC field. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, creating and maintaining business relationships with clients, and account management.
Qualifications: 3-4 years of experience Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation Excellent Business Communication skills Experience in Account Management Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment Familiarity with relevant software tools and CRM systems Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration or related field Experience in the Construction and Engineering industry will be beneficial
A proven track record of success in sales and business development
