Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in HVAC systems.
Understand client requirements and prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Coordinate with design, estimation, and project execution teams to ensure timely delivery.
Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and product demonstrations.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
Maintain proper documentation of sales activities and update CRM records.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2-5 years of experience in HVAC sales (project sales preferred).
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF, Chillers, Ductable Units, AHUs, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as per project/client requirements.
Preferred Experience
Exposure to HVAC sales for commercial, industrial, or government projects.
Existing network with MEP consultants, contractors, and government agencies is a plus.
