Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential projects
Generate leads through builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and developers
Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to final order closure
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Technical Sales & Site Engagement
Conduct site visits to understand project requirements
Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
Recommend suitable technical solutions based on customer needs
Coordination & Proposal Development
Coordinate with internal design, application, and project teams
Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and commercial offers
Support smooth handover of confirmed orders to execution teams
Client Relationship & Market Intelligence
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements
Strengthen company presence in the residential segment
Reporting & CRM
Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in CRM systems
Share regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
Follow company sales processes and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Civil preferred)
5-7 years of experience in technical sales within residential or project-based selling
Strong understanding of residential construction and building systems
Required Skills
Technical sales and solution-selling capability
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to independently close deals
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
Preferred Experience
Exposure to HVAC systems, building automation, smart home solutions, lighting systems, or construction materials
Existing network with builders, developers, MEP consultants, and contractors
Additional Information
This is an individual contributor role with direct revenue responsibility
Regular field travel within the assigned city is required
Candidates must be comfortable with on-site project sales
