Identify and engage potential customers for HVAC installation and service contracts.
Interpret MEP/HVAC drawings to estimate requirements and prepare accurate quotations.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into business.
Collaborate with the technical and projects team to ensure proposals are practical and competitive.
Prepare and manage quotations, work orders, and billing coordination.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).
Ability to read and interpret MEP/HVAC drawings.
1-3 years of experience in HVAC sales, estimation, or project coordination.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and quotation preparation.
Presentable personality and professional demeanor.
