Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HVAC Sales & Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HVAC system sales through effective design solutions, client engagement, and a deep understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, sales acumen, and excellent communication skills to establish and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HVAC System Design:

Develop comprehensive HVAC system designs based on client specifications, building codes, and energy efficiency requirements.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to integrate HVAC solutions seamlessly into building plans.

2. Sales and Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC market.

Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our HVAC solutions.

Provide technical expertise and consultation during the sales process to address client needs and concerns.

3. Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client requirements and proposing customized HVAC solutions.

Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

4. Project Management:

Coordinate with project teams to ensure successful implementation of HVAC designs.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure client satisfaction.

Conduct site visits and inspections as needed to ensure proper installation and functionality.

5. Technical Support:

Provide technical support to internal teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in HVAC systems.

? Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

? Basic understanding of HVAC equipment, codes, and standards.

? Good communication and interpersonal skills.

? Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
