Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable

MEP & HVAC Trainer/Faculty

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) technologies. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students and professionals, preparing training materials, and ensuring learners gain practical and theoretical knowledge aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-person training sessions on MEP and HVAC concepts, design, and applications. Prepare course materials, presentations, and hands-on project-based learning modules. Teach software tools such as

AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP

, and HVAC design tools (as applicable). Guide students through real-world project work and case studies. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into training content. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with the academic team to enhance the training curriculum.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of

MEP

(Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and

HVAC

technologies. Familiarity with industry tools like

AutoCAD

,

Revit MEP

, and

MEP/HVAC simulation tools

. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners. Prior teaching/training experience is an added advantage.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (BE/BTech) in

Mechanical Engineering

,

Electrical Engineering

, or

Civil Engineering

.

Preferred Certifications (optional but advantageous):

HVAC or MEP Design certifications (e.g., from ASHRAE, ISHRAE, or equivalent). Teaching or Trainer Certification.
