Job Overview
National Aircon India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Junior HVAC Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in quality control of HVAC systems. As a key contributor, you will ensure the excellence of our HVAC services by implementing quality control measures, conducting performance surveys, and supporting project management efforts to achieve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills

• Strong knowledge of quality control processes, specifically in HVAC systems (Mandatory skill).
• In-depth understanding of HVAC systems and components (Mandatory skill).
• Excellent analytical skills to assess system performance and identify areas of improvement (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in testing procedures to ensure systems meet required standards and specifications.
• Problem-solving skills to address any issues identified during inspections or tests.
• Meticulous attention to detail for inspecting complex HVAC equipment and setups thoroughly.
• Effective communication skills for reporting findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Basic project management skills to assist in managing timelines and resources for HVAC projects and quality initiatives.

• Conduct quality control inspections of HVAC systems to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to develop quality assurance plans and address deficiencies.
• Monitor installation procedures and suggest improvements to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
• Assist in conceptual and detailed design reviews to ensure quality considerations are integrated into projects.
• Prepare detailed reports on system performance, quality inspections, and corrective actions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and effective quality assurance services.
• Support the technical team in resolving complex HVAC-related issues to maintain performance standards.
