Job Description

An HVAC Project Manager in Mangalore would be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in buildings and other structures. Their key responsibilities would include

- Project Planning: Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and creating a detailed project timeline.

- Budget Management: Preparing accurate estimates, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring the project stays within budget.

- Team Coordination: Fostering collaboration among engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.

- Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to minimize disruptions and keep the project on track.

- Quality Assurance: Implementing rigorous quality control protocols to ensure high standards and compliance with industry regulations.

- Client Communication: Building strong relationships with clients, providing updates, and addressing concerns.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, and obtaining necessary permits.

- Post-Project Evaluation: Conducting reviews to identify successes and areas for improvement.
