Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced HVAC Project Engineer to plan, execute, and deliver HVAC projects within scope, time, and budget. If you're a seasoned professional with a passion for delivering high-quality projects, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and analyze HVAC system designs, drawings, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and feasibility

- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement

- Collaborate with clients, consultants, architects, and internal teams to finalize project specifications and ensure seamless execution

- Plan and schedule project activities, ensuring resource availability and optimal utilization

- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, including VRF, Chillers, AHUs, Ducting, and more

- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards, maintaining a safe and efficient project environment

- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily and weekly reports

- Liaise with procurement and vendors to ensure timely material planning and delivery

- Proactively resolve site-level technical and execution issues, minimizing delays and ensuring project momentum

- Assist in project billing, handover documentation, and closure, ensuring seamless project completion

- Lead and guide site engineers and technicians, providing expert guidance and mentorship

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

- 2-5 years of experience in HVAC project execution, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, insulation, and controls, with familiarity with industry standards

- Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings, with proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?85,000.00 per month
