Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all aspects are executed efficiently and within the specified timeframes. This role requires strong technical skills, effective time management, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Utilise Primavera P6 for project scheduling and resource allocation. Employ Civil 3D for design and drafting tasks related to civil engineering projects. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project specifications are met. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project stakeholders. Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of work are maintained. Assist in the development of project proposals and presentations.

Experience

Proven experience in project engineering or a similar role within the construction or civil engineering sector. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Civil 3D is essential. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience.
