We are looking for a skilled and motivated

HVAC Project Supervisor

to manage and oversee HVAC projects from start to finish. The role involves supervising site execution, coordinating with teams and contractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, leadership ability, and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate HVAC project execution at site. Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems. Ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and quality standards. Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project deadlines. Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and escalate issues if required. Provide technical support and troubleshoot problems during project execution.

Experience & Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

2+ years

of experience in HVAC project execution and supervision. Hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, VRF/VRV, ducting, piping, etc.). Strong understanding of industry codes, standards, and safety practices. Proven experience in managing teams and coordinating with stakeholders. Good communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹11,724.34 - ₹51,770.08 per month
