B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the field.

HVAC Systems Maintenance:
Oversee the operation of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, and exhaust systems.
Perform routine inspections including filter cleaning, refrigerant level checks, lubrication, and belt tensioning.
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC electrical controls, motor starters, and VFDs.
Electrification & Power Systems (HT/LT, Transformers, DG Sets):
Operate and maintain transformers, HT breakers, LT panels.
Conduct preventive maintenance of switchgear, VCBs, ACBs, and protective relays.
Manage DG set operations, including testing, fuel management, and synchronizing panels.
Ensure proper functioning of earthing and lightning protection systems.
Building Management System (BMS):
Monitor and control HVAC, lighting, and security systems through BMS software.
Analyze data trends to improve performance and enhance energy efficiency.
Respond to alarms and troubleshoot DDC controllers, sensors, and actuators.
Fire Fighting Systems:
o Maintain fire pumps, sprinkler systems, hydrants, and wet risers.
o Ensure fire alarm panels, smoke detectors, and fire suppression systems are operational.
o Conduct routine inspections and testing as per applicable safety codes.
Energy Conservation & Efficiency:
Monitor energy consumption patterns and identify optimization opportunities.
Optimize power factor and reduce maximum demand.
Implement energy-saving initiatives such as VFD installations and lighting control systems.
Administration & Safety:
Manage AMC vendors for specialized equipment and ensure service quality.
Maintain maintenance records, logs, and statutory compliance documentation.
