Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate
as-built drawings
for HVAC and Piping systems
Update drawings based on
site changes, red-line markups, and field surveys
Coordinate with site engineers and project teams to collect required data
Ensure drawings comply with
project specifications and standards
Maintain proper documentation and drawing records
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / ITI / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Drafting
3+ years of experience as HVAC & Piping Draftsman (As-Built experience mandatory)
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
(Revit knowledge is an added advantage)
Good understanding of HVAC & piping layouts, schematics, and services
Experience in
Gulf projects
will be preferred
