Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

? Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling

towers, and ventilation units.

? Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment.

? Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.

? Adjust system settings and controls to maintain appropriate temperature and humidity

levels.

? Maintain logs, records, and reports related to equipment operations.

? Ensure compliance with operational standards and safety procedures.

? Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and replacement of faulty components.

? Respond promptly to breakdown calls and system malfunctions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC Operator or HVAC Technician.

? ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning preferred.

? Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and preventive maintenance practices.

? Hands-on experience with large industrial or commercial HVAC units.

? Ability to read technical manuals and system drawings.

? Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.

? Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergency situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
