Job Description
The HVAC Operative is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of central air- conditioning plants, including water chiller systems, AHUs, water pumps, and cooling tower fans. The role requires ensuring that all HVAC equipment operates efficiently and reliably to support optimal environmental conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain central air-conditioning plants, including:
xe2x9exa4 Air Handling Units (AHUs)
xe2x9exa4 Water pumps
xe2x9exa4 Cooling tower fans
- Perform routine inspections to ensure all equipment is functioning efficiently.
