We are looking for a proactive

HVAC Maintenance Coordinator

to oversee and manage HVAC maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with technicians, schedule maintenance, and ensure smooth functioning of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate HVAC maintenance and service activities Supervise and support HVAC technicians during installations and repairs Monitor system performance and ensure timely preventive maintenance Maintain records of maintenance schedules, service reports, and parts inventory Coordinate with clients to address complaints and service requests Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures Liaise with vendors for spare parts and equipment procurement

Requirements

Experience in HVAC maintenance or coordination preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to supervise technicians and manage schedules efficiently Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and safety standards Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
