Job Summary.

The HVAC Estimation Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, material take offs, and technical evaluations for HVAC projects. The role involves analysing drawings, specifications, and tender documents to support competitive and profitable project bidding.

Key Responsibilities.

Study HVAC drawings, BOQs, specifications and tender documents Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC systems (VRF, Chillers, DX, AHU, FCU, ventilation, etc.) Perform quantity take offs for equipment, ducting, piping, insulation, valves, and accessories Prepare material and manpower estimates Obtain and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams Prepare technical and commercial bid submissions Conduct value engineering to optimize cost without affecting performance Assist in budget preparation and cost control during project execution Attend pre bid meetings and clarify technical queries Update estimation databases and pricing records

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software Good communication and coordination skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC-related field 4-15 years of experience in HVAC estimation (depending on role level)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
