Job Description

Responsibilities:

Doing the Estimation & Costing for the received BOQ

Maintain the proper Estimation & Costing sheets in detailed for review & any % variation to be done in sheet

Maintain the records of quotation / prices received / taken / referred for the given project estimation

Able to do brief estimation from the Auto cad / lay out being shared

Qualification:

BE Mech. / M Tech

3-6 Year exp. In HVAC field of Estimation Engineer

Good knowledge of Auto Cad & Excel

Key Skills and Requirements:

Proficient in AutoCAD for reading and interpreting technical drawings

Advanced Excel skills for creating and maintaining estimation sheets

In-depth understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation processes

3-6 years of experience in HVAC estimation, including project quotations and price record management

Strong capability to accurately estimate project costs from BOQs, with high attention to detail

Ability to analyze quotations and historical pricing data

Effective communication and collaboration with project managers, procurement teams, and clients

Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mechanical or M Tech)

Organized and methodical in maintaining detailed records

Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and efficient time management to meet deadlines
