Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop HVAC systems for commercial and industrial buildings. Perform

heating and cooling load calculations

using industry-standard software Prepare

HVAC layouts, schematics, and detailed drawings

using AutoCAD or Revit. Select appropriate HVAC equipment and components based on design requirements. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and electrical engineers to integrate HVAC systems into building designs. Prepare

technical specifications, cost estimates, and tender documents

. Conduct

site inspections

to ensure quality control and compliance with design and safety standards. Analyze and troubleshoot system issues to improve performance and efficiency. Ensure compliance with

ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, and local building codes

. Recommend and implement

energy-efficient and sustainable design solutions

.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field. Minimum

5-7 years

of experience in HVAC design, installation Proficiency in

AutoCAD and HVAC design software

Excellent project management and communication skills.
