Position: HVAC Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to manage the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems at Tidel Park, Coimbatore. The role involves ensuring uninterrupted cooling, energy efficiency, compliance with safety standards, and tenant comfort across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC systems including

Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, Split ACs, Cooling Towers, and Ventilation systems

. Perform

preventive and breakdown maintenance

as per schedule to ensure optimal system performance. Diagnose faults and rectify issues related to temperature control, airflow, electrical controls, and mechanical components. Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and service contractors for major repairs and AMC activities. Monitor BMS related to HVAC operations and respond to alarms and deviations. Ensure energy-efficient operation of HVAC systems and suggest improvement measures. Maintain logs, checklists, reports, and maintenance records. Ensure compliance with

safety, statutory, and environmental norms

. Support tenant fit-out works and HVAC modifications as required. Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting teams for integrated facility operations.
Qualification & Experience

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC-related discipline

. Minimum

3-7 years of experience

in HVAC operations and maintenance (IT parks, malls, hospitals, or large commercial buildings preferred). Hands-on experience with

centralized HVAC plants and BMS systems

Skills Required

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of HVAC controls, safety standards, and energy management. Ability to handle shift operations and emergency breakdowns. Good communication and coordination skills.
Work Conditions

Shift-based duty as per site requirement.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
