Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise HVAC technicians, installers, and contractors.
Plan, schedule, and monitor HVAC installation and maintenance activities.
Conduct site inspections and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide technical guidance.
Prepare project timelines, reports, and material requirements.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
Maintain documentation for equipment, service records, and inventory.
Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies and best practices.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
2 years of experience in HVAC operations/project management.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read technical drawings and project plans.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting tools).
Preferred Skills:
Experience in commercial/industrial HVAC projects.
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
Vendor and client coordination skills.
