:

Finalization of Concept note for HVAC system

: Review of concept note prepared by junior engineer. Do necessary modification and finalize for sending to client for approval.

Provide inputs for HVAC zoning drawings

: Guide draftsman for preparing HVAC zoning layouts and air flow diagrams.

Interact with client

: Discuss with client for approvals on concept note and design scheme.

Review of design calculations:

Review design calculations, utility estimations prepared by junior engineer. Discuss with HOD and freeze HVAC system design for given assignment.

Prepare Tender document:

Complete tender document in all respect and send it for approval of HOD.

Review of Co-ordination drawings:

Review co-ordination drawings prepared by draftsman and finalize them by doing necessary value additions.

Approvals of vendor documents:

Review comments marked on technical submittals and fabrication drawings and provide approved drawings for execution at site.

Site visits:

Visit site to access work progress and resolve design related site execution issues.

Access new technology upgrades:

Understand and review new technology upgrades available in market. Prepare advantages/disadvantages list and discuss with HOD.

Update and maintain Reference & Codes library:

Update reference books, codes and product catalogue library for use of department with help of junior engineers. Conduct site visits to understand project issues and resolve them.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Skill / Qualification:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 06+ years of experience. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 08+ years of experience. 2 to 5 years of experience in case of degree holder or 5 to 10 years in case of diploma holder in the engineering consultancy company. * Any other Certificate courses
