Job Description

Position: HVAC Estimation Engineer / Estimator

Job Summary: An HVAC Estimation Engineer is responsible for evaluating project specifications, analyzing blueprints, and preparing accurate cost estimates for HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates.

Evaluate material, labor, and equipment requirements.

Collaborate with design and sales teams to finalize bids.

Prepare and submit quotations and technical proposals.

Maintain an updated database of cost information and vendor pricing.

Skills & Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Experience with estimation software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift).

Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.

Good analytical and numerical skills.

Attention to detail and deadline-oriented.
