Job Title

Engineer - HVAC

:

1. Review of concept note prepared by junior engineer. Do necessary modification and finalize for sending to client for approval.

2. Guide draftsman for preparing HVAC zoning layouts and air flow diagrams.

3. Discuss with client for approvals on concept note and design scheme.

4. Review design calculations, utility estimations prepared by junior engineer. Discuss with HOD and freeze HVAC system design for given assignment.

5. Complete tender documents in all respects and send it for approval of HOD.

6. Review co-ordination drawings prepared by draftsman and finalized them by doing necessary value additions.

7. Review comments marked on technical submittals and fabrication drawings and provide approved drawings for execution at site.

8. Visit site to access work progress and resolve design related site execution issues.

9. Understand and review new technological upgrades available in the market.

10. Prepare advantages/disadvantages list and discuss with HOD.

11. Update reference books, codes and product catalogue library for use of department with help of junior engineers.

12. Conduct site visits to understand project issues and resolve them.

Skill / Qualification:

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5-15 years' experience in HVAC design.

2. Candidates must have hands-on experience in Life Science projects

3. Other certificate courses in energy auditing, green building etc

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
