Job Description

Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC designing field. Conduct site inspections before preparing shop drawings. Perform heat load calculations and estimate HVAC material quantities. Prepare detailed HVAC layouts with proper sectional details for critical areas. Prepare scaled layouts and take printouts as required. Coordinate with project teams, site teams, architects, and consultants.Create shop drawings using both manual drafting skills and computer-based applications (AutoCAD, etc.). Prepare professional computations using tables, charts, and related tools.Report to the Head for any modifications as per site/client/architect/consultant requirements. Incorporate markups and update as-built drawings as per site conditions.Maintain project records/files in both hard and soft copies.
