Job Summary:

Seeking an HVAC Draftsman with 3 to 5 years of experience in Solid Works and Auto CAD.

Key responsibilities

Drafting:

Creating detailed drawings and schematics for HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment layouts.

Technical drawing:

Producing clear and precise 2D and 3D blueprints that are essential for the installation and maintenance of the systems.

Collaboration:

Working with engineers and contractors to ensure the designs meet project specifications and are compliant with regulations.

Site surveys:

Conducting site visits to gather information and verify existing conditions before finalizing designs.

Documentation:

Maintaining and updating project documentation. Skills and tools

Software:

Proficiency in design software, most commonly AutoCAD, is essential.

Technical knowledge:

A strong understanding of engineering principles related to HVAC systems, including heat load calculations and building codes.

Readability:

The ability to interpret architectural and structural plans to create integrated HVAC designs.

Qualifications:

3 to 5 years in HVAC drafting. Proficient in Auto CAD and Solid Works. Strong understanding of HVAC/AHU systems.

Education:

Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
