We are seeking a skilled

HVAC Draftsman

to prepare accurate technical drawings and plans for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in

AutoCAD (and/or Revit)

, a solid understanding of HVAC system components, and the ability to work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet specifications, codes, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare

HVAC system layouts, ducting drawings, piping drawings

, and schematics based on engineering inputs. Draft detailed

plans, sections, and elevations

for residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC projects. Review architectural and structural drawings to coordinate HVAC layouts. Ensure compliance with

ASHRAE standards, ISHRAE codes, and local regulations

. Update and revise drawings as required during project execution. Maintain an organized drawing library and project documentation. Collaborate with engineers, site teams, and contractors to resolve design issues. Generate

Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

from drawings when required.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

(Solid works knowledge is a plus). Strong knowledge of

HVAC design principles, duct sizing, and load calculations

. Minimum [X] years of drafting experience in HVAC/MEP projects. Good understanding of

construction drawings, specifications, and HVAC equipment

. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail and accuracy in drawings.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?43,017.85 per month
