Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated

HVAC Design Engineer

to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, planning, and development of HVAC systems for a wide range of pharmaceutical projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design and layout HVAC systems using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and HAP/TRACE. Perform load calculations, ductwork and piping design, and equipment selection. Prepare technical specifications and documentation for construction and permits. Conduct site visits and inspections to assess existing systems and project progress. Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, architects, and contractors. Ensure designs comply with local codes, energy standards (ASHRAE, LEED), and safety regulations. Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and testing phases

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 2+ years of HVAC design experience (entry-level applicants may be considered with strong academic background). Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and HVAC design software (e.g., Carrier HAP, Trane TRACE). Familiarity with building codes, ASHRAE standards, and mechanical regulations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
