Job Description

System Design and Planning: Develop HVAC system designs based on the building's requirements and specifications. Create detailed plans and blueprints for HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment layouts.


Load Calculations: Perform heating and cooling load calculations to determine the capacity and size of HVAC systems required. Use software tools and engineering principles to calculate the energy needs of the building.


Equipment Selection: Select appropriate HVAC equipment, such as boilers, chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and ventilation fans. Ensure that equipment meets performance standards and energy efficiency requirements.


System Integration: Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate HVAC systems into the overall building design. Ensure that HVAC systems are compatible with electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.


Compliance and Standards: Ensure that HVAC designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE, SMACNA). Stay updated on new regulations and standards affecting HVAC design and implementation.


Energy Efficiency and Sustainability: Incorporate energy-efficient and sustainable design practices into HVAC systems. Evaluate and implement renewable energy sources and green building technologies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
